Returns & Exchange
A customer can request a return or exchange the products with 14 days of receiving the product.
All exchanges and returns are subject to the approval by our QC department. The product cannot be used or damaged in order to make an exchange or return.
In case of an exchange, the new jewelry selected should be of equal or higher value than the product originally purchased. In case the selected product is higher in value then the payment for the balance amount will have to be made at the time of placing the order. On doing so, a mail confirming the order and invoice shall be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
Alternatively, to expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
For any exchange or return the pick-up shall be arranged by us within 2-4 working days from the date a return/ exchange request is approved, depending on the location of the customer. Such pick up shall be complimentary.
The return or exchange request must be sent to email@example.com along with the product invoice.
